Terms of Service
1. I have the right to decline any commission request.
2. I own the rights to all of my artwork, including commissioned work.
3. 100% Payment must be made upfront, via PAYPAL in Great British Pounds (GBP).
4. NO cancellations after I have confirmed payment & begun work on your commission.
5. NO COMMERCIAL USAGE ALLOWED; you cannot use commissioned art for profit or commercial use.
6. I require references of ocs/characters you would like me to draw; I also openly accept sketch references for any specific pose or visualisation you have for your piece!
7. 3 free revisions will be offered during the production of your commission if you need any alterations; after 3 you will be charged £2 per alteration.
8. I do not offer free art / extras, all paid art services are strictly business.
9. No detailed backgrounds/settings, I only do simple backgrounds (colours,shapes).
10. Extremely detailed designs may require extra charges, & will roughly start at £5 for heavily detailed designs. I may also take liberties to simplify, all of which can be discussed when necessary.
11. I do not appreciate time wasters; please only fill in application forms if you are 100% certain you want a commission. If you have questions feel free to contact me via the email provided on my carrd.
12. I have different art styles, and may be prone to taking artistic liberty please inform me of any specific style you would prefer (my more detailed style, cartoonish/simple, etc.)
13. You DO NOT have permission to alter, or remove my watermark from your piece once it is complete.
14. By commissioning me you agree to your commission being used as example work on my carrd / shared on social media. You can opt out of this on your application form.
15. If you repost or use your commission (e.g repost to socials, use as pfp) please credit me.

Commission Process + information
- Time Frame: varies from commission type and queue, usually 1-4 weeks. Any updates will be forwarded via chosen method of contact.
- File Type: PNG
- File Resolution: 300 DPI, dimensions vary.
- Final Commissions sent via: email.My work hours: 12pm - 7pm UK time- these are hours I am contactable concerning commission work. If I am contacted past these hours I will reply the following day.1. Once your application is accepted, confirmed, and payment is made in full, I will begin your piece according to schedule. Please remember once payment is made it is non-refundable unless I cannot complete your commission.2. Throughout the process I will send you progress images each milestone; the initial sketch, lineart, flats, render, final. 3 Alterations will be accepted throughout this period, with each additional alteration made after the 3rd will be £2 each- however major alterations will not be allowed during the render stage.3. Once your piece is finished I will send the file via email inside a Google Drive folder to maintain its resolution and ensure it is stored in a cloud for easy access.I love to keep commission talk casual and friendly to create a nice experience for both you, the client, and myself. However this does not mean you can overstep boundaries, or haggle. Please keep things respectful if I do not know you, thank you!
